Hell yeah, that was my fourth set! Saturday afternoon's are usually very sparse, so I finally found someone without looking too hard by then. It felt even. I set the bands behind my back with the DB's resting on my knees to make sure. For strength, I'll always (at least now) prefer the banded DB presses vs. without the bands. Same for dips. If I was working my chest, I wouldn't obviously use them.
I usually always staple the back of my head to the pad, but the bands wouldn't really allow it. It really helped me regain control of the DB's with the bands resisting.
I recommend the lights to start. I never saw a point for anything less.. Even abs pulldowns are fine with lights, in fact, I could use some average bands for those as well. I've found SOOO many uses for my bands it isn't even funny.
The only real must have's are a quality weight belt, bands (for everything), and a sled. I'm in the process of having one made. For my goals, a sled makes the most sense. I'm obviously not going to go run 5 K anymore lol.
