COuld you give an example of your diet in general? I just started working out about a month and a half ago and I need to adjust what Im doing.

Hey Wispy,
I actually posted it in Member Jounals section.
I did a 16 week diet
4 weeks, 150g carbs a day, 125g protein, 20g fat
4 weeks, cycle carbs.....150g (day one-day 7)...100g...75g...50g...25g...10g...Og...and then back up
4weeks,
3weeks, cycle carbs, up the protein, drop the fat
one day 50g carbs (dry--oatmeal or yams or green beans)....2 days no carbs....So, one day carbs, 2 days none, and so on
Last week, minimal workout, water cut, minimal carbs....
2 days out 20oz water (whole day) Zero carbs......
1 day out 16oz water (for the day) yams every two hours NO WATER until after prejudging the following morning....

I got second place this weekend! Horray! I think this is freakin awesome!!!! I wanna do another show in teh fall! I'm addicted now!
