Default Bag work

Some one have a good video of proper bag technique, I've got a heavy bag and a speed bag, was going to start using them but wondering if anyone had suggestions or videos on proper technique or routines.

I'm guessing there are a lot of dvd's out there that you could probably 'find' for free, smoething like a torrent (not suggesting piracy thought...funny that your name is Pirate!)...Or Youtube...

Oh yeah there are tons, wondering if any were recommended though to save time wading through the bullshit ones

Which ones have the most seeds/comments for torrents and which ones have the most views/positive feedback...that is all I can really help with haha.
