I eat 5 meals on non lift days and 6 on lift days.
I always get 50 P per meal and was getting aroun 18 grams of fat, no problems at all.
Recently I lowered the fat to 8 or 10 grams and boom, stomach problems, urinating alot, trouble sleeping and so on.
Remember, nothing changed at all except for the lower fat. I have been low carbing and eating higher fat for years, maybe I am so used to getting higher fat, my body needs it to digest food.
I have read alot of Veince Gironda stuff and it does make some sense I guess.
