Probably not a great idea. You might end up taking in a 2500 extra calories or something and that wouldn't be good. Especially if you're doing it every 7 days or so. Just try to keep it to a minimum. If you do it every once in a while, it's not going to turn you into Fat Albert. You might consider eating junk one day a week, but limit the number of total calories. You can still eat unhealthy stuff all day that and keep it until 4,000 cals. Just use your common sense and be mindful of what you're eating and you'll be fine.

yea no way, like ross said prolly take down way to many calories and selfindulge way to much. I think you will know you're personal cheating limit lol, its when you can wake up the next day and not feel to guilty.

ok, thanks guys, i just heard that from one of my buddies in the gym.
he also said, that cheating all day long is not that good when on a bulk, cuz your eating every day very high caloric. but he also mentioned, that it makes sense to do it while cutting, every 7-15 days, in order to keep your metabolism fueled, in this case it would make more sense, cuz your eating under-caloric.

You could cheat all day. You may feel ill then same night or the next day and hell of a guilty too.

Stick to the one chosen meal to cheat on. That is an awesome reward for the week's clean eating and hard training.
