Morning pre-cardio meal

Default Morning pre-cardio meal

I need something I can digest real quick for a pre cardio meal. I'm looking to eat it 20-30 min before I run. I was thinking a protein shake and some carb plus, but if you guys have any better suggestions or natural alternatives let me know.

Shake is good , but if you looking for food egg whites are fast.

avoid carbs, consume 10-15grams of whey, or 6-10g of BCAAs/ aminos. you can also have a cup of coffe(without milk or sugar) alongsides, if you want to
