Today felt good. Finally progressing on squats, backed off on my overheads and fixed the problems, and form is finally feeling better on rows.
Squats: 225 inc 5 Overhead: 100 inc 5 Rows: 175 inc 5 Pullups: 42.5 stuck... maybe a 5x5 next time? Abs: done DB curl: 2x9 w/ 45 keep Tri ext: 2x11 w/ 70 inc to 12 reps |

That day was the day nobody ever wants to have at the gym. I stuck it out, but... bad day. Not sure why. On a side note I had fallen on my tailbone and that was causing a good bit of pain, I decided to take Friday off. I'll do my ABA workout this week. Bench: 180 missed after 4th rep of 2nd set DL: 315 ouch... keep Dips: 55 couldn't do 60 Tri ext: 2x11 @ 75 inc reps if possible DB curl: 2x10 @ 40 inc to 11 Abs: done Yeah, today was tough. I don't know if it's cause of my decreased eating (not decreased that much yet though), but.. ouch. We'll see how Monday goes and go from there |

Put the belt on after the 1st set of squats today, I'll be using that from now on. Additionally, after doing some research around the site I've been getting the idea that DB curls and tri extensions every day might be excessive with the other exercises. I'll do tri extensions when I don't do dips, and curls when I don't do pullups. Sound like solid logic?

Love that belt, helps squats for sure. Increased well today but form was falling, I don't know what's going on with bench but I couldn't do 175 (missed last rep, rest was real hard). Oh well, do it again Monday. Arm pain so skipped the accessories
