I was feeling motivated today, so went at the DL's again. Felt good, I'm going to try an increase. Squats may have stalled again, gonna try again on monday and go from there.
Squat: 230 keep
Bench: 175 keep
DL: 315 up 5
Dips: 50 up 5
DB curl: 2x10 40 up reps
Abs: done.
On a side note, today is my 21st. Not anticipating any great strength gains over the weekend
On another side note, it is also Pearl Harbor Day.
