^^^ I'll let Anuj answer that because he'll do a better job of answering it and you asked him.

I love the SSB...when I hurt my shoulder & was unable to do BB squats, I was still able to do SSB squats. They're obviously great for good mornings also. It moves the weight pretty high up. Lots of quad activation. I like to do narrow stance squats with it.
