i love doing pullups....use a different grip for all 4 sets...wish i could do hammer grip....i guess i could if i bought some little handles.

Pity, have you trid holding onto straps or towels or something? That is a big grip challenge but it can be more like a hammer grip.

found massive 1RM box squat: 180...then did 160, 2 x 2

speed bench: 100, 9 x 3

floor press: 100, 2 x 20

seated db press: 20, 3 x 10

tricep exten: 20, 3 x 10, short rest periods.

hip extensions: 5 pounds...2 x 15....1:15 static

suitcase deadlift: 40, 2 x 6


i fucking love floor press. and suitcase deadlifts are fun.

never have...i kinda liked it...as long as it's low rep shit...should be fine on my knees i think.

i never actually "sat" on it...just went down till my butt hit it, and then right back up. 3 new things today...was pretty fun

and my sister made lasagna....and buttery french bread...my first white carb in like....2 months

white carbs meaning...white flour..not whole wheat...

so..white bread vs. whole wheat bread....and white pasta vs. whole wheat pasta.
