Dragged sled in grass for 14 mins.I did 4 trips with 70kg,which is the most I ever pulled!! did the remaining trips with 40kg.I pulled forward for the heavy stuff,and backwards and between the legs for the lighter stuff. |
ME Bench Day
Shitter of a day again.My low back is a tad sore so I decided to go with floor presses.(ie No arching needed) I worked my way up with the plan of doing 3 heavy doubles.My previous best with the floor press is 108.5kg.I got to that pesky 100kg mark again and nearly got owned.I definately need to rethink my approach for bench pressing.I am not seeing much improvement at all.I will take next week as assistence work only, and then work something out.I go away on holiday in 2 weeks, so thats just enough time to get some good band work in for squats and then I'll be doing a full deload for at least a week .When away I will probs get to a gym but only a couple times a week.Anyways I did 3 sets of tri extensions next and then a little Military pressing just to see where Im at with it cos I havent pressed in ages.Finished with chins,this was the only good part of the workout !! LOL ME Bench Day 26/11/08 Floor Press Max Grip 2x1 90kg 1x1 100kg 1x2 90kg 1x2 92.5kg Military Press 1x3 40kg 1x1 45kg (easy aint lost nothin!!) Also I got some vids of today,prepare to be very unimpressed!!!
Although now I think about it floor press has been in my rotation for too long aswell,I will remove it for a while and try something else |
DE Squat Day
Def need this deload thats coming,speed wasnt great hips are tender and I feel tired.Cut my sets short and then did some split squats.Tried some dumbell side crunches and then called it a day. DE Squat Day 28/11/08 Box Squat @ 40-45% 6x2 60kg-65kg Split Squats 2x8 20kg Abs? |

Still feeling these better in the right side,I think its because I basically am just pushing my knee forward on the left side,still not engaging the PC like I should.Gonna really work hard on this. |
