Bench Day
I am so behind!! I did 3s this week for bench, my setup is coming along great I feel alot tighter and stronger in this setup.I did a few heavy singles at the end cos next week is a deload.I do wanna give the 5/3/1 a proper go in the future tho.I did some dumbell presses next,the plan was to do standing press but my soulders was bothering me a bit so I decided against it.Finished with some tate presses and then some heavy ass dumbell rows.
Bench day 12/2/09
Bench 3x3 75kg,80kg,85kg 2x1 95kg
Dumbell Presses 2x6 35kg
Tate Press 3x12 15kg ea
Dumbell Rows 2x6 45kg ea
