DE Bench Day

Was still sore from wed bench day today, esp in my lats but had a decent workout considering.Did my speed work which went well and then pushed up my assistence work after.Hit some nice rowing weights for quite a bit of volume so that was good!!

DE Bench Day 28/3/09
Bench 2x3 50kg,6x3 55kg
Rows & assistence work

Wes has me doing a bit more volume than I usually do, it will be interesting to see how I go.I was pretty pumped by the end, but I was feeling it!

Thanks fellas

31/3/09

Dragged sled in grass for 12 mins with 50kg forward and back, had to have a 1 min break after 10 mins then dragged back to the car, a little tougher than I would have liked but I suppose its to be expected after a 2 week layoff. After did a bunch of foam rolling for the upper and lower body.Felt good.

Side note this morning I arrived at work and dropped my morning shake all over the floor, then lost the lid and then realised I left my keys at home to get in!! Great start to the day.
