Na no briefs yet Talo, probs wont be able to get em either, its cool I am hoping to be able to just use the suit straps down.
Ross, I agree sit back was not great, but thats the exact thing I found hard cos the suit was tight, I will get it tho.The suit rode up a bit as I progressed with my sets too, hopefully I can break the bitch in and be good to go!!

DE Bench Day
Speedy bench was awesome today, speed was great, did my sets and then worked up off boards for reps.Getting better.Hit the rest of my access work and hit the kitchen.Awesome day.

ME Squat Day
Pulled conventional today, fuck I hate it my setup is just awful,Cant pull much weight either.Oh well I ended up hitting a PR of 167.5kg on the bar but it was uglier than Britney with a shaved head, on an all night coke bender.Did the usual access work after.Smoked my abs hard.

Did doubles on bench today, felt great till my last set where I lost the groove and missed my 2nd rep,oh well I know I can smoke that.Meh Accessory stuff after was good too.

Thanks ALOT.
Yeah I have actually really been enjoying the triples and doubles on my main exercises, nice break from singles.I have been doing quite a bit of different things with Wes, alot more volume than I was doing but I am recovering well and my work capacity is higher.Good stuff, I am really enjoying working with IA.

DE Squat Day
Went off a real low box today, was tough as hell, threw the suit on straps down for a few sets too.Nearly hit depth with a light weight 120kgish so thats cool.Looking forward to throwin some weight on there.Did some GMs next, hurt my lower back, fucker is sore, but is feeling better.Its a deload next week.Did some heavy abs and cut it short, didnt want to hurt my back more.
