DE Squat Day
Dropped back to the orange band today, just couldnt get my groove tho, speed was ok but I wanst feelin it.Did RDLs next and smashed it tho, I did 2 sets with 300 this week and my glutes are way more active in the lift now so thats great.Finished with weighted rollouts or WOD.This was friday its now monday and my abs still hurt!.
