DE Bench Day
Had a great workout today, speed was good and my form (I think ) is alot better.All my assistence stuff was up too.Even with all this upper back DOMS!! DE Bench Day 4/4/09 Bench 2x2 50kg 6x2 55kg Assistence work (quite a bit of volume!!) |

ME Squat Day
Was doing GMs for max effort today, but things just never feel right during heavy GMs, they just feel like an injury waiting to happen so I cut them off and did pin squats instead, got a nice PR too!!.Will chat with IA about this.Finished with some very painful (in a good way ) abs and my assistence stuff. ME Squat Day 6/4/09 GMs Up to 90kg and cut off Pin squat 1x1 115kg, 126kg (PR) Assistence Stuff. Happy with that pin squat PR, especially with the GM work before hand. |

Epic Fail Day
Benched today, what clusterfuck that was.I actually lost a rep from last week! Great.I think I probably have accomodated to the lift.Oh well I'll talk to Wes hopefully tonight.All my other stuff was up tho so thats good.Got my swole on real nice by the end of the workout!! Speed was goooood today, was sitting back nicely too, had a good day.Did some WOD after and managed 2 from standing!!! :) yay, did some sets weighted from knees after.Finished with accessory stuff. DE Squat Day 11/4/09 Box Squats 8x2 70kg,80kg,85kg WOD St 1x2 Knees sets of 10 with 12.5kg Accessory work |
DE Bench Day
Lowered my weight a bit today.Speed was ok, meh.All accessory stuff went well, especially rows.I am liking how these are moving up nicely!! I get to switch lifts on ME day this week, lets hope that sparks something good in a bench workout. DE Bench Day 11/4/09 Bench 8x3 50kg Rows Accessory stuff. Even tho bench workouts arent going great, I am liking the mirror changes from Wesleys outlined macros.Might have to go for my pro card soon LOL :biglaugh: |
ME Squat Day
Had a pretty good day really.Did ME doubles on free squats today.Was a bit high especially on the last set, but weights were not super hard.Good signs.Did a bunch of PC work after and abs.Good day. ME Squat Day 13/4/09 Squat Doubles up to 145kgx2 (Rep PR) Accessory stuff Diet took a crap for the easter break, man it was nice to not count anything (except protein I still hammered this).Back on the bandwagon today tho. |
