ME Bench day (DELOAD)

Bench felt heavy as heck today, mind you I wasnt arching as I normally do to give my low back a bit of a rest.Worked up to 80kg on the bar for a bit of technique work and shut er down.Bench fucks me off nowdays I been stuck so long.Moved to Tate presses next these are now officialy up 10kg per dumbell in 4 weeks.Not bad goin.Finished with rows for 1x5 awful reps so I did 2 sets of L pullups after.

ME Bench Day 19/3/09
Bench 3x3 50kg 1x2 80kg
Tate Press 1x8 25kg
Barbell row 1x5 65kg
L Pullup 2x6 BW

Easy Day.

So Thursday night I woke up vomiting and crapping up a storm.I basically slept for 36hours straight and didnt eat a thing.My back hurt from lying down that much but I feel great now.

I'll be starting Wesleys routine come Monday, with a very manageable recomp diet.Wish him luck with my fucking bench.!!!

ME Squat Day

So I cant give away the details but I started the routine Wes gave me today,I will clue you in tho that not much will be changing.Anyways I pulled conventional today,fucking horrible experience, these just feel so awkward but I managed to equal my previous PR so thats a step in the right direction.Accessory work followed.

Conv Deadlift 1x1 150kg, 162.5kg, 165kg (Old PR)

ME Bench Day

Flat benched today, I maxed out at 90kg+ bar for a triple, was pretty good.I really hope the reps will be good for my bench.I didnt arch once again as that is starting to irritate my low back so its not worth it.Did a little repetition work with bells after(= DOMS from hell today!!!) Finished with my accessory work.

ME Bench Day 25/3/09
Bench 1x3 90kg
Dumbell Press 2x15,13 25kg
Access. Stuff
