Light Day (yep Im late again!)
Felt really lethargic all day, just flat and no energy, and it showed when I hit the gym.Missed reps all over the shop on press, worse than last week
I also missed 2 reps on deadlifts, thats when I knew I was real tired,I should of nailed 5 on that weight.I waited about 2 mins and pulled the 2 reps I missed.I think I was still tired from Monday.I was still sore too.

Squat 2x5 70kg
Deadlift 1x3,2 132.5kg
On the good side of things Ive finished work for 3 weeks holidays.
