Cheers Wolf!

DE Bench Day

Damn sore still from those bulgarians, so i warmed up extra before bench.Speed was good and form tight so i was happy. On to press next, I went pretty easy cos I didnt want to hurt my chest again. No pain so thats a good sign.Finished off with some Incline tri extensions hammer grip floor presses and then some dumbell rows. The rows were awesome I hate having to load big chunky 10kg plates on dumbells tho, it just feels weird!

DE Bench Day 31/5/08
DE Bench 8x3 3 Grips 45kg
Press 3x3 40kg,45kg,45kg
Hammer Grip Dumbell Floor press 4x9,7,5,6 30kg
Tri Ext 25kg 3x10 Superset with Dumbell rows 30kg 3x10

Pretty Good workout.

ME Squat Day

STILL sore from the damn Bulgarians, how the fuck did like 60-70lbs put me in this much pain!!! LOL. Oh well had a good day anyways, hit another squat PR for a single 137.5kg It was a true grinder tho ,but I held my form no falling forward or anything.Pretty good rep if I may say so myself!! On to GMs, my form needs work here, I went up to 90kg for a double just to test my strength a bit to see where Im at with GMs but my form was shit,Ill drop way back down and do more sets of quality reps.I also did just 1 set of pullthrus and then abs.A good day even with the reduced volume of work I was tired.

ME Squat day 2/6/08
Squats 1x1 112.5kg 125kg, 137.5kg (PR)
GMs 2x3 60kg, 1x2 80kg, 90kg
Pullthrus 1x10 90kg (I love this exercise)
Abs 4 sets

Thanks Beast

ME Bench
Switched up to Close Grip Bench, and worked my way up to 100kg, not bad thats a PR for close grip but I think I've only ever maxed on that once before.I did a few sets of 3 board after for triples.I like me some board pressin, feels great for the tris.Switched to pullups for some triples too, nothing to heavy or close to failure.Finished of with cable rows, really tying to pause in the fully contracted position.

ME Bench Day 4/6/08
CGBP 1x1 90kg,95kg,100kg (PR)
3 Board 3x3 80kg,90kg,95kg
Pullups 4x3 BW, BW+2.5kg, BW+5kg, BW+10kg
Cable Rows 2x12 80kg

DE Squat day

Had a nice carb/sodium bloat going on today!!,I forgot my lunch for work so had to order from the lunch service.Planned on going carb free until postworkout, but with the work lunch menu that aint gonna happen!! Feasted on a big chicken burger and a coffee!! nice to have a splurge day I guess!!

Ended up having a decent workout too, box squats for speed and then bulgarians after, I only did 3 sets but Im sore again today, amazing how so little weight can really affect you. After that lots of extensions with static holds and reverse crunches for abs.

DE Squat day 6/6/08
Box Squat 3x2 60kg 3x2 65kg 4x2 70kg
Bulgarian Squats 3x6 20kg
4 sets Abs and Extensions also fooled around with some GHRs to see if I could find a way to do them without the machine.
