DE Squat Day
Had a great workout today I've adjusted my % a bit for squats due to the recent Box squat PR.Speed was great & my box is a tad lower too.Moved to GMs next instaed of deadlifts cos I'll probs pull sumo for ME day this week.Loved it I did them wider stance again and form was much better.Finished with 4 sets of heavy abs and 3 sets of extensions. DE Squat day 25/7/08 Box squat 10x2 60kg GMs 4x8 60kg Abs Pulldowns 4x10-12 70kg Extensions 3 sets Might up some vids of the squats if I am not tooo lazy:biglaugh: |

DE Bench Day
Bar speed was pretty good today, did 6 sets at normal grip then decided to work up a bit.I hit 100kg for a pretty ugly single.Strength was there I just pushed it forward a bit and lost bar path.Did some Dumbell presses and some rows next, Brought my grip in a bit narrower and they felt better.Finished with JMs and some bent laterals. DE Bench day 26/7/08 Bench @ 50% 6x3 47.5kg, 1x1 80kg,90kg,100kg Rows 4x8 50kg 1 Arm Dumbell Press 4x5 22.5kg JM Press 2x12 2kg 1x10 22.5kg Bent Laterals |

ME Squat
Had a Belter of a day today.Pulled sumo for ME and scored a 20lb PR! Moved to some Pullthrus for a couple sets and then 3 sets of abs.Kind of a heavy deload week this week Ill cut volume alot.ME bench might be a RE day tho not sure yet. GPP 29/7/08
Sled drags in grass with 55kg done interval style, 1 min on 1 min off.10 trips. This was easier than last week. |
Nice work on the deadlift. I'm also gunning for the old 160kg.
