I ordered my bands and they arrived today!!! Cant wait to use them.Im gonna use them for speed work for a 3 week wave and go from there mostly cos my speed work feels a bit mundane at the moment and also to see what the rave is about! Also gonna use for band walks like in the MS book and lots of GMs and tri extensions for GPP.Now I need to get a "Proper" foam roller :biglaugh: |
Why do GMs with a belt? Shouldn't you be using GMs as a back strengthening exercise anyways? JW

Dragged sled in grass with 50kg.I used only 1 grip between my legs and pulled for as many steps as I could until my hams cramped up.I managed to get to around 35-50 steps before I stopped.No idea how long I was at it tho!!. |
