What I will say is that when it comes to training people take exercises very PERSONALLY. Well, really, people take training too personally in general. So what can I say? You have the choice to listen to SUBJECTIVE opinion, or to educate yourself with objective information and make informed choices based on that and what HAPPENS.

Most people don't have a clue why injuries REALLY happen because of the misconception that most injuries are acute and sudden.

i wish i can sound that good when i say it

ME Bench Day

Decided on some paused close grip work today, wanna work on staying tight when the bar hits my chest.Worked up to 100kg which was a grinder but it flew off the chest so I guess more tri/lockout work needed!I did ultra wide grip bench next these are hard on the shoulders so I was cautious.Finished with hammer grip pullups and tri rollbacks.

ME Bench day 6/8/08
Paused Close Grip 1x1 90kg,100kg 1x2 90kg 2x1 95kg
Ultra Wide Bench 2x6 60kg and 70kg
HG Pullups 4x5 BW+ 7.5kg
Tri Rollbacks 4x12 10kg

7/8/08 Did a little extra workout today woke up pretty sore from all the wide grip bench presses, so I did some dumbell pressing some crunches and some facepulls for about 4 sets of 15 each to get a bit of blood flowing. This was not a hard workout at all just very easy and light.

DE Bench Day

Good bar speed today, I found by adding some chalk to my back I can keep my shoulders pinned to the bench better and keep my arch.Good stuff.Did some heavy dumbell rowing next, these wwere great I love dumbell rowing.Moved to some heavy pressing next, this was a bad idea for some reason my inner chest screams pain for a day or 2 after.I will probs only do lighter shoulder pressing work from here on.

DE Bench Day 9/8/08
Bench @ 60% 8x3 60kg Max Grip
Dumbell Rows 4x8 35kg
Press 3x6 (clustered in 2s) 45kg
JM Press 3x8 25kg
