Thursday was light band work.

Tri Pushdown Yellow Band 90 reps
GM Yellow + Orange Bands 75 reps
Facepulls orange Band 60 reps

I think I'll add some lighter ab stuff in again, like planks and stuff.

ME Squat Day

Kick ass day today. I did deficit deadlifts, I love this exercise. I was pulling from about ankle height, maybe just above. I cant believe how much harder these are!! I really felt them in the glutes big time. Worked up to 145kg on the bar and missed 150kg.I am real confident I can smash that 150 next time tho cos I think I only missed it cos my back rounded out. Moved to some GMs off pins next, I did pretty well I think, (Nice arched back E!!) but they are so much harder than reg GMs.Finished with abs, I did some bar rollouts too, these are my new fav movement for abs now.

ME Squat Day 27/10/08

Deficit Deadlift 1x1 120kg, 140kg, 145kg, 1x0 150kg
GMs Off Pins Med Stance 3x6-7 60kg
Rev Crunches BW+10kg 3x10 1x7
Bar Rollouts (WOD) 3x7 (weak I know!!)

I generally go as low as I can, which puts my belly about 8 inches off the floor at the moment.I am very wary of the lower back when I do them and if it feels uncomfortable I stop a bit higher.

I actually want to get strong enough to do this.

GPP28/10/08

Dragged sled in grass for 15 mins.I did forward and backward.I did 6 trips with 65kg.This was tough but I think I will be able to do more next week.I did all my other dragging with 40kg which used to be tough but I breeze thru nowdays. After dragging I walked for 25mins and did 3 sets of dumbell rollouts for the abs.
