Thanks Riddick!!

My deadlift is looking better but I still think it could use a bit of work, but I am a self confessed form fanatic.I just need to work on engaging the glutes and hams a bit more I think.

Hope all is well mate.

I just figure if your gonna stall on an exercise it is easier to get unstuck if its a loading issue as opposed to a form issue!!

Plus noone wants to be the douchebag on youtube who 1/4 squats 500 and thinks hes the man.

Hey Hopper.
What brand of fractional plates do you have? Are they in kilo's or lbs?
I think I need to get myself a set.

Marv.

Erm I dunno what brand they are Marv but they are in Kgs. 0.5 is the lowest I have.

I bought most of my small plates at Be-Fit sales and hire here in Adelaide.Pretty cheap although I cant remember the price now.

Her4es a link to their site http://www.befit.com.au/

Im not sure if you can buy online or not but I see they have outlets in Melbz on their site.

whats up HIT. i know what you mean when it comes to form. IMO you wokr the muscles that are supposed to be worked when you have the right form. and i hate those idiots who put on the that 500 and go down 1/4th of the way and think they are doing something. this guy at a gym did that and when he came out of the cage i felt like tripping him
