Oh, I'm not doing it, 0311 had just sent it to me before to look at....he asked me to post the attachment before is all....I'd be pretty silly to cut!

Thanks, though!

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

yes this will work for anyone wanting to cut. The only differences would be in the macro nutrient breakdowns. Some will need less carbs starting off, some more depending on how much muscle mass you have. I went with 200 because I believe that to be just over the amount of lean mass I have. My number is prob somewhere around 180 or 190.

If you want to use this sdt19, and need help making the adjustments we can help.

Oh man, hrdgain, btw, I forgot to say GOOD LUCK to you.

Feel free to me.

But with everything so well planned out, I guess it's not about luck, is it?

This looks like a standard cut diet +3.. I like the principals, they are solid and understandable. I cant' wait to see how this turns out... makes me want to start cutting now..

Ok here is the file with the macro breakdowns. It wouldnt let me upload as a xls, so i converted to pdf. If anyone wants the xls file i can send it to you.

It is grouped by category, lifting day (with hi gi carbs post wo), non lifting, and carb up. The macro totals for each day are listed.

my question is this. I assume since the carbs fluctuate through the week, the total macros should not need to be adjusted as the weeks go by. meaning, my numbers should stay the same for the 8 weeks correct? or should i be decreasing overall cals every two weeks or so?

2 things.

1) I thought for protein it was suppose to be 1.5 to 2 times your body weight.
2) If this is already down some where and I missed it, I'm sorry. What are you doing for fat?

I think what he outlined is 1.5 but knowing my body, i can grow on 1g per lb. so I went a little over that. As I get going if i feel as though I'm not eating enough i will up the protien content. I'll use those numbers as, I gotta get atleast this much protien per meal.

I think he says fats are negligable, but not to over due it. Atleast thats what i remember reading.
