I could have gotten another rep but I went with the "one in the tank" theory. I also held back a little bit in the 5x10 to hopefully keep my bcak in 1 piece for squats. IW |

It's functional strength. That's sort of what my program is based around. That's why all my lifts are completely raw.
I don't lift to compete. I lift to stay in shape and be strong in every day life. IW |
