Chinup: 2x6, 1x4 - 65lbs on assist (took less weight off to up my reps)
Goblet Squat: 3x8 - 15
Rows: 3x8 - 50
Calves: 3x8 - 200
Preacher Curl: 1x8 - 30. Don't really like preacher seat, gunna do something else for biceps next week. It felt really awkward and weird
Abs: 3x15
15 mins HIIT
Decent day at the gym, might stay at 15 mins HIIT because of time.
