Only added a rep to the second set. Probably going to switch these out soon, progression is getting tougher.
Neutral Grip DB Press
Managed to squeek out a 3rd set with the 70s, +5lbs and +1 rep over last week's 3rd set.
Was a bit late getting to the gym this morning so I had to skip out on planks, etc. I'll be doing these later today.
