-bulgarian squats - 40, 3 x 5..........afterwards....80, 1 x 3
-leg extensions - 85, 3 x 10
bench: 175 x 5....190, 4 x 2
rows: 80, 3 x 10
rdl's: 125, 3 x 6
dips: 2 x 10
core stuff.
knees were feeling kinda weird today...did alot of walking at work..so, no back squats. just wanted to get some volume in....cause...
i'm taking next week competely off.... a couple weeks ago i said i was going to, because i needed too...and...the only thing i didn't do that week was deadlifts...so...it's time. wednesday killed my shoulders...still a little sore...lots of pulling that day with heavy deads and 40 weighted pullups

and i think when i get back...i'm going to prioritize bench a little more...probably do it every monday and friday...different stuff each day...and keep military press on wednesdays with deads...move pullups off of dead day

keep rows on monday and friday...heavier rows on lighter bench day...etc.
and...new rdl video...stuck my ass out like crazy. think i got the feeling down...it's almost like...the bar stays where it starts...just hips and ass move straight back...
