It would be nice IW. I will have to get a vid up soon, so Eric and the guys can give me some advice on technique.

Thursday 20th March
Dynamic Day

Squat 92.5kg 10x2
Bench 65kg 10x3
Deadlift 105kg 10x1
Pull ups bw 1x8,2x5
Sit ups 1x15,1x14,1x10
Calve Raise 350lbs
1x7,1x10,1x5

Ok I decided to do pull ups instead of chins for awhile. I reduced the weight on calve raise dramaticly and will start doing higher reps for awhile. This should be good for the knees also.
All in All a good session.

Single leg stuff will grow you legs quick. You'll get a lot of growth in the upper thighs especially the adductors which are huge anyway. This will all help your squatting.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
