Well today I am attempting to try daves diet. However I just tried cottage cheese.... I put plenty of cinnamon in it, didn't work at all, i just kept gagging, got about 2 large spoonfulls down and flushed the rest. I think tuna is goign to be the same way basically. Sucks though caus it's so very cheap. I think I will be substituting a protein shake for the 1st meal instead of tuna and chicken for the 2nd instead of cottage cheese and shrimp for the other one instead of tuna. we will see.... wow thats nasty !
Todays plan:
*signifies a change in diets from daves, basically a different choice of protein
M1-1c oatmeal+cinnamon
1 protein shake*
2 fish oil caps
M2-1 chicken breast*
12 raw almonds
M3-1 chicken breast
Large greens salad
1 T. canola oil* (same purpose right?)
2 fish oil caps
M4 1 scoop whey
1.5 scoops gatorade powder
Train...While training I mix up and sip 1/2 of my PWO shake
M5-PWO in total --100g of carbs from dextrose+50g whey+10g glutamine
M6 1.25c Honey Bunches of Oats(cold cereal)
1 glass of milk*
shrimp*
M7 3/4c oatmeal+cinnamon
chicken
Large salad
M8 3glasses of milk*
1 T natural PB
2 fish oil caps

Back machine pull: 3 sets at ???
back pull: 3 sets: 10 @ 65, 8 @ 75, 10 @ 65
Bis: inverse preacher curls, 12 @ 10 on each side, 12 @ 15, 8 @ 15
standing dumbell curls: 15 @ 25, 15 @ 30, 10 @ 30
arnold curls: 10 @ 25, 10 @ 25, 9 @ 25
Abs: situps: 2 sets, 40 and 40
kneeups: 18, 13
ab machine: 10 10 10 @ 45, 10 10 10 @ 55
WEIGHT: 143 7lbs AWAY !!!! wow im gaining fast
