i should be getting my laptop today so if so ill post some vids. im gonan try to find out my 5 rep maxes this week.
since i have my own place now, and extra space i have been doing some stretching and what not, and my hip feels real good............buuuuuuuuuuuut my other hip feels funny now lol. bu i think i slept some kind of way and it made it like that, so it doesnt feel as bad as the other one did. stretching and what not makes it feel better so if i warm up good and make sure i do a couple of light reps first i should be ok but i will just wait until tomorrow to do squats.
today i will shoot for my bench 5 rep max. i didnt do any pushups this weekend so i wouldnt be all tired and sore. so with me not doing the pushups i wanted to take any suggestions. should i go for 425. when i did the 405 with the 3x3 it welt like i could have got to 5 on that first set, but i also did push ups on that sunday and i didnt give myself that long to recover.
should i try 425 or stick to 405 and just do as many reps as possible and if i get more than i thought i could just take it as me being able to do more?
