Not really much problems,I have in the early days before I really learnt how to squat, ie before I bought SS.having said that my squat looks nothing like the one described in SS nowdays!! I get zero knee pain from wide stance to parallel or slightly lower.

Hips need attention tho, they can hurt sometimes, but you already do a tonne of mobility and foam work so cool.

new movement...the hips are not very happy with me i'm gonna have to do alot more adductor stretchings....and the turn to the side hip flexor stretch. i was very cautious on the descent...at the bottom..it was not very pleasant until i got towards the end of the sets.

Looks pretty tidy Pitski, stance looked great, nice n wide, hard to tell from those angles tho!! How did that happen?

Whats with the Manta Ray? I'm guessing to keep the shoulders happy?

I would probs throw a pair of hi top chucks on tho if you got em for a bit of support.

How did you like them, how did the hips like em?

Ok I see you answered my hips question, once you get used to the movement it will become automatic.

It still takes me a while to warm the hips up to get to the box too.

Whats the turn to the side hip flexor stretch?

manta ray does keep the bicep tendon happy

did you like the ass shot video...that should have given you an idea of how wide. i tried wider...but it was not in the cards today

if you do the hip flexor stretch with your back foot up on a bench....do that and then turn your torso towards your forward knee...really hits near the groin and down the inner thigh. that's where i was really hurting today. i'll throw on the skater shoes next monday

definitely gonna take some gettin used too....about twice as wide as i usually squat.
