military press - 110 x 2......(115 x 1.5, 125 x miss)...... 115 x 2, 110 x 2 x 2

pushups - +35, 3 x 10
pullups - +10, 3 x 5

oh shrugs - 45, 2 x 10
mini band tri pushdowns - 2 x 25

db rollouts - 2 x 10
side planks - 2 x 35 sec. each side

rotator cuff circuit with the bodyblade + some grip work.



so interesting story...110 went up decently quick....so decided to try 115 for a double...nope, stuck. so then i was like...well...maybe it's a good day for singles instead...even though i realy wanted to get 4 solid doubles in. so...i was pissed after i missed 115....so why not try for a pr. nope. more pissed. threw 115 back on.....hit the double. then hit 110 for two more. so i got my 4 solid doubles in....just with some gay ass shit in the middle. got a form video again...trying to imitate kara :)

Way to grind that press out Pitski.

2 things to work on

1- Better boobies, when Kara presses you can clearly see some nice rackage goin on.

2-Ass, kara has a great ass, need to get workin on this area too

Do these things and you should totally erase that sticking point!! :biglaugh:

reverse zercher lunges: 45, 2 x 10
ss w/
loaded planks: 12.5, 2 x 1 min.

facepulls: miniband x 28 x 2
supine ghr's: 1 x 28

rack pulls coulda been better..my acclimation was not that good....but i got started really late.
