box jumps: 2 x 6

uni rdl's: 55, 2 x 10
inverted rows: +10, 2 x 6

coc sport: 1 x 25
side planks: +2.5, 2 x 35 sec.

rest of the week is going to be very deloadish.

neutral grip floor press - 135, 3 x 5

pushups - +35 x 11

pullups - +10 x 5.....+10, + miniband x 5

pallof press - miniband, 1 x 15 w/ 5 sec hold at end.

some rc stuff with the bodyblade


adding a mini band to the pullups was humbling...and quite fun...definitely build some finishing strength :) love the new bar....it adds another component....balancing the bar...it wants to wobble :)

double leg lowering: 4 x 4
russian twists: 7.5, 2 x 10

pullups - +12.5, 3 x 5
planks - +12.5, 2 x 45 sec.
swiss ball crunches - +25, 2 x 15

oh shrugs - 50, 2 x 12
