todays lift

asorted agility drills (cant name them, and im to lazy to discribe them this late)
legpress: 4x6 at 385
calf raises (on legpress machine): 3x10 at 385
leg extentions: 4x6 at 150
leg curls: 4x6 at 140
bent over rows: 4x6 at 130
lat pulldown: 4x6 at 140
dumbell bicep curls: 4x6 with 35's
__________________
age: 18
height: 5'9"
weight: 198bs
bench 1RM: 275
parallel squat 1RM: 385
deadlift 1RM: N/A
hang clean 1RM: N/A

i wish i could live on crack and protien shakes...

wow, i haven't updated for almost 2 weeks, just to tired after work and lifting to bother. ive been lifting with the same routine ive been using. heres what i did today

1 mile jog
close grip bench: 1x6 at 175 2x6 at 180 1x6 at 185
incline bench: 4x6 at 155
2 minutes of jumprope
tricep extentions: 4x6 at 120 (machine)
