Deadlifted 280 x 5 today, thats a personal all-time record including the college days. It looks like I'm going to fall slightly short of my silly goal (Deadlift 300 before the movie "300" comes out - next friday) but I'm pretty happy atm, and I know I have more in the tank. RAWR!
