Deadlifts w/ chains, 120lbs @ top - 135X4, 245X2, 335X1, 335X1
I was feeling weak. I didn't get out of bed until this afternoon. No need to run down my immune system further. I left the gym 1/4 of the way into the workout.

It's more fun for sure.
Haha, Monsta you could write the book on that. Congrats on those pull ups. Sounds like you're making some great progress.

Feeling a little better today. Lower back is killing me. No more work on my arch for a while.

Are you wearing a belt when you bench ?
Just wondering because I know guys that do because of their lower back ( with the arch ) , plus they were a shirt so it helps keep the shirt down in place.

I wear a belt when I'm in a shirt. I didn't wear a belt today. I had practically no arch whatsoever. I brought my belt over to the bench, but I never put it on.
I was working on my arch on...Sunday, I think. It put a lot of stress around my ruptured disc and that's what got me messed up. And I gave a few hand offs today with heavy weights and that bothered it also.
I'm supposed to squat tomorrow, but I might hold off on that.
Do you wear a belt when you bench? I don't know if I've ever worn a belt when I was benching raw.
