Thanks Talo. I'm glad they're feeling okay also. Walking up & down stairs is still uncomfortable, but squatting didn't aggravate them today.

Good strong squats. Good on you for sticking through the setbacks. Gets frustrating when they're one after the other, I know. Good work.

Rack pulls - triples @ 225, 275, 315, 365, 385, 405
DB rows - 3X5 85
Pull downs - 3X5 150, 160, 170
Pull ups - 5
Chin ups - 6
