Incline press (axle bar) - 4X5 140, 160, 180, 190
Standing military - 3X3 115, 2X5 135

Woke up sick this morning. I've gotten progressively worse as the day has worn on. I felt like crap in the gym and my shoulder was bothering me. I couldn't even do tricep extensions... The shoulder isn't seriously aggravated. I don't know why it felt the way it did. Hopefully I can get over this sinus infection quickly. They normally last at least a week though. Another setback...woopty-fak-n-do

woopty fak is right. get some drugs?

Echinachea/Goldenseal & some zinc lozenges...and I already have a lot of vitamin C. I'll see how that works for me. I will go to the infirmary on campus in a day or two most likely.

Well, I was in bed for two days earlier in the week. And I'm still not feeling great. I thought I'd just do some heavy singles and doubles on bench and maybe some accessory work or something. I haven't been to the gym in a week...

Bench - 185X5, 205X2, 215X1, 225X1

I felt very, very weak on bench. I'm sure my body isn't really recovered. Pushing 225 gave me such a bad sinus headache that I just put the weights up and left the gym. Maybe I'll be able to get in the gym in a few days. 225 was a 10lb PR anyway, not that it means much since I don't do ME bench work. Can't wait to not be sick any more.
