Yeah, not enough fiber. I didn't list all of the spinach today. Or the fiber supplement. Still wasn't enough though.

on the second one...did you weigh your meat after cooking at 8 oz.?

Nope. After cooking, the chicken was right around 6-8oz and the beef was 8-10oz. Should have evened out about right.

Flat bench press - 3X5 185, 190, 195
Standing military - 3X6 95, 115, 135
Weighted dips - BW + 60lbs 4, 4, 5
Ahh, refreshing... Back into the swing of things. I'm going to start keeping track of what I will be doing my next workout in my paper journal instead of what I did that day.

Moved calories down to 2500 for the cut. Pretty much spot on, I believe..
EDIT: Oops, I just remembered that I left off two meals. I just recalculated it. 3,084 cals. 256g of protein. Need to reduce calories to 2500.

There is. About 30% of my fat intake is saturated fat. I put a few things in as custom foods and didn't do the breakdown. Good eye.

Dammit, I'm not going to hit 2500 calories today....I'm going to hit 3000. I'll be up for 6 more hours, plus a workout. And I'm already at 2000 cals. This cutting bullshit is bullshit. I've been hungry all day too....and I am at a caloric surplus! I'll just keep with it and see if my body composition doesn't change anyway...for the best or worst.

What do you weigh ?
I think you should monitor your weight for awhile before you make so many changes in your calories. Going from 3000 to 2500 is a big jump. If your maintaining at 3000 then just take away a couple hundred.

I haven't really been counting for a long time now...not since I started posting on fitday. So...I think I'll continue to eat around 3000 because I'm still hungry at that number. Then I'll see if I lose any weight from that point. I should be able to see a change after a week, I think. Thanks for the advice Talo. I've been over complicating things.

10 sled pulls (sprint) - 30yards, 250lbs + sled
I went downstairs with my friend, the gym owner, to do some sled pulling at the beginning of my workout. I figured it would be a nice warm up since I was going to do a light squat variation anyway and not much accessory work...and he wanted company. I was so depleted from that that I could barely move. Zero energy. I'll try to squeeze in another workout Friday and then I'm carbing up. I still feel like shit...no energy + a headache.

are you supposed to wait until your body makes the switch to do carb ups?
