Back Barbell Rows (smith machine, just something differant) 4 x 7-8 x 230 T-Bar Rows 4 x 8-10 x 160 Low Pully Rows 4 x 7-8 x 290 Wide Grip Pulldowns 4 x 8-9 x 240 Bi's Standind D.B. Curls 4 x 8-9 x 50's Machine Curls just worked down the stack. Well, got the results from the Bulking Contest......I came in 1st place...whooowhoooo $273.00 supplememt store credit (it was $250, but they threw in an extra $100 for the top 3 to split) |

Chest Bench Press 225 x 13,12 245 x 12,12 265 x 7-9 275 x 6,8 285 x 5,6 225 x 8 Hammer Decline Machine 275 x 14,12 325 x 10-12 (2sets) Wide Grip Fly Machine 4 x 10-15 x 140-180 Tri's CGBP 135 x 15 155 x 15 175 x 6-9 (3sets) I couldnt go to the gym before work since they called me up about 7:45pm to be in at 1am. So I saved my 2nd lunch and 2 breaks (1hr)till I finished my route. So found the chain that I belong to and blasted out a 1hr workout. It was in a super ritzy area, I bet no one has ever sweat on that equipment before. LOL |
No one has probably benched that much either. Nice work.
