Curls 4 x 7-9 x 50's Gym Today Legs Hack Squat 4 x 6-10 x 270-390 Leg Press 5 x 10-14 x 16 plates-19 plates plus 10's on each side Leg Extensions 5 x 12-14 x 270-290 calf Calf extensions 5 x 14-19 x 200-225 I don't know why I can do so much more wieght on the leg press at one gym, and not at the other. Same machine, same brand. |

Chest just did a little bench pressing 5 x 12-14 x 225 Wrist sorta hurts from a gay ass incident on Sat. I was in one of those arcades on Sat and there was one of those punching games that measure the force of your punch. You get 3 turns and really it was my kid that was playing, but on his third try he asked it I would do it. So I hit it sorta hard (560kg)...and now my wrist hurts :gay: anyway just submitted my Nov pics for my contest. http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u...vpics016-1.jpg One more month to go. |
When I saw that pic the first thing that came to mind was the Incredible Hulk. Maybe it was the shorts but, I guess that's a good thing :biglaugh: Looking pretty good, hopefully you take the contest!
