I don't know why I can do so much more wieght on the leg press at one gym, and not at the other. Same machine, same brand.

Wrist sorta hurts from a gay ass incident on Sat. I was in one of those arcades on Sat and there was one of those punching games that measure the force of your punch. You get 3 turns and really it was my kid that was playing, but on his third try he asked it I would do it. So I hit it sorta hard (560kg)...and now my wrist hurts :gay:

anyway just submitted my Nov pics for my contest.

When I saw that pic the first thing that came to mind was the Incredible Hulk. Maybe it was the shorts but, I guess that's a good thing :biglaugh: Looking pretty good, hopefully you take the contest!
