Home Cardio Day

1/2 RUN

4 x 15 push-ups
4 x 20 situps
3 x 3 pull ups
4 x 20 flutter kicks

1/2 Mile RUN

Decided not to start out at 2 miles instead ran 1/2 mile did the mat work (done 1 set each then start again, not 4 consecutive sets of each) also no rest between exercises

I havent been keeping my log up but I havent stopped training.

flutter kicks .. ouch havent done those in a while. good to see you updating this joker, and the cardio day looks like fun.

good to hear.
I find it alot more entertaining than doing the bike or treadmill for 30 min.

1 x 20 situps
1 x 20 flutter kicks (4 sec count)
1 x 3 pull ups
bike 6 min. (fast)

All done with no rest between exercises. Tommorow run.

It's painful cardio too. Good work. I wish you could do my cardio for me.
