I'm a local driver (Teamster) although I did 2 overnighters (vegas) and I'll be going to Frisco 2'xs this week. My shift normally starts anywhere from 12am to 4am so I get up 3 hours before my shift and hit the gym. That gives me enough time to drive there, train, shower and go to work.

Sat Gym

Quads

Hack Squat
3 x8-10 x 320

Leg Press
5 x 14-18 x 14 plates (+ a triple drop set)

Leg Extensions

Hams

Seated curl mach
5 x 12 x 175

calfs

seated calf extension
5 x 15-19 x 205
