I was very busy on the 19th so I posted from my phone. I did work out in the morning. We did legs, again we dropped the reps and increased the weights. I have to admit I feel much stronger everyone keeps telling me to eat more calories and carbs but I just am not hungry. I am usually just tired I am sleepy all the time. I am dispatcher and I have the phones most of the time. It does not matter whether I have a day off or not I will still get a few calls (few being at least 256mins). I just want to sleep that is what I am having the hardest time with. I always want to sleep but I have a hard time going to bed I will lay there doing calculations in my head for mileage or profit or what ever until I pass out and don't remember when I went to bed.
As far as the workout and the diet I am working my ass off and I feel strong but the diet I am kinda doing bad on. Since I started eating the right foods I am still way below on calories. I eat around 1300 on average and if I don't watch my self I can easily be below 900. It is because Of that sleep and work thing when I am not working I want to be sleeping so I am not eating. I will work it out just wanted to mention what I have been having a hard time with.

Ummmpain thanks for the comps man! My legs started getting big in high school. I loved to work them out I know it is all genetics because my sisters hate there legs and I love mine. I ran a 4.3 40 my sophomore year(This was my coaches timing on a stopwatch). I blew my knee at the middle of my sophomore year during homecoming. I think I could have gotten faster, I always ran hills. I got up to running hills with I think 185lbs on a sled and down on my back. It was impressive to me because I puked everytime... No stopping it.
