When running orals only which isnt the best thing to do, its best to split up the dose thoughtout the day. Orals have a very fast half life. Take atleast 2 times per day.

What are you running by...

deadlifting 425 for a max 1 could of got another but i didnt want to over do it

Bill philips has a workout plan that is under 45 mins long. Lifting weight eod and cardio on the off days. The book is called body for life, take that for whats it worth, but it could help.
