thanks for your attention.

i really had a problem with calories intake due to low family income.

there´s this 1 product in my neighbourhood that is a protein milk shake, it cost USD10 for 7...

that is what i am doing right now. drafting my training regimen, adjusting my nutrition/diet intake under supervision of an nutritionist, drink lots of water and take lots of rest.
