Cheat day approach?
So, everyone here who sticks to a strict diet knows you can't stay on track forever. How often do you guys take cheat days, how do u keep them under control and what's your overall approach?

Agree with gt55yw, do shrugs on your back day, ditch the power clean and add in DB and BB shoulder presses, and obviously drop your reps to 6-8 if you're looking to gain.

When I came back from wrist surgery I went straight into weights training which was something that I really regret because its still weak today, I STRONGLY recommend speaking to a physical therapist...

You can still put on muscle doing sports on the side, I did. It's best though to do them on different days, for example do volleyball mon, wed, fri and sun and hit the gym on the other days

In my experience you only start to lose muscle after more than 30 minutes of cardio and if you do weight training, which is a reason for your body to hold onto muscle and get your daily protein...

Having more muscle mass increases your metabolism, so losing fat would be easier if you already had some good muscle mass. I wouldn't recommend trying to do both cos you'll probably end up going...
