Just to let you know, none of the machines in gyms are accurate when it comes to calculating calories burnt. It is an approximation that doesn't take in the the many complexities of the human body...

+1 to overtraining arms. So many people make that...
+1 to overtraining arms. So many people make that mistake. When I started training arms ONCE a week doing only 3 set of BB Curls is when I saw the best results.

Just to add. Bicep size and shape for the most part is actually genetic. Granted training and diet will get it bigger but it will only take it so far.
